Baltimore-based Enterprise Community Development (ECD), a nonprofit owner and developer of affordable homes, has purchased the 87-unit multi-family Parkside Terrace on Easley Street for $20 million (or slightly less than $230,000 per unit), Transwestern Real Estate Services announced.

According to Transwestern Executive Vice President Robin Williams, “the property has been well managed by long-term owners allowing ECD and its partners to preserve naturally occurring affordability in desirable Montgomery County with a high-quality apartment community.”

Parkside Terrace includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in East Silver Spring near a park and public transportation options. A complete list of amenities can be found here.

“At Parkside Terrace our accredited management team is dedicated to providing superior personal service.”
